Muhammad Fuad Hussain is a seasoned investment banker in Bangladesh. After completion of Masters Degree in Finance and Investment from Queen Mary University of London in 2010, Mr. Fuad returned to Bangladesh and started working at City Brokerage Ltd, a subsidiary of The City Bank Ltd. He was in charge of the Foreign Institutional Equity Trading/Sales desk till he moved to City Bank Capital Resources Ltd, merchant banking subsidiary of The City Bank Ltd in late 2011. Being a newly established merchant bank back then, Mr. Fuad played an important role in setting up the company and generating revenues. Being the Chief Investment Officer of the company, Mr. Fuad successfully managed proprietary portfolios of The City Bank Ltd along with other institutional investments in the Capital Market. He left the company in 2017 before joining Asian Tiger Capital Partners Investments Ltd, a leading merchant bank as its Managing Director & CEO. Mr. Fuad specializes in the area of investment management, IPO and Mergers and Acquisition.

Mir Mahfuzur Rahman

Mir Mahfuz Ur Rahman has a B. A. degree in Economics and International Relations from Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, USA, and a M. A. (Distinction) in International Relations and Economics from SAIS, Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Mahfuz is a Partner at AT Capital. He is an experienced corporate finance advisor in Bangladesh having experience in advising international companies, including Lafarge Cement, Brightstar USA, Marico Industries, Dabur Group, and Emami Limited, in M&A and IPO strategy and execution in Bangladesh. Mr. Mahfuz was previously the Head of Merchant Banking for Equity Partners Ltd, a Bangladesh based merchant bank, where he executed 10 IPOs over 5 years in this country. Prior to that he was an Analyst in Corporate Finance at Lehman Brothers in New York and an Associate with Peregrine Capital in Dhaka. Mr. Mahfuz is also a founder of a leading software integration company and of a data communication service provider in the country.

Mr. Asifur Rahman is a qualified finance and accounting professional.  He specializes in financial planning and analysis, financial control, cost efficiency, investment, taxation, procurement and finance operation. He has been working in Bangladesh financial services sector for over 14 years.  He worked as Financial Controller at MetLife Bangladesh.

Mr. Asif’s focus is on establishing financial discipline within the organization. He works with companies to drive financial indicators towards cost minimization and profit maximization.

Mr. Asif is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). He is also a Fellow member of Life Office Management Association (LOMA), United States.
